 Meet Cristina Bonito, Founder of Misbonito

Cristina is the owner and founder of Misbonito.

Originally from Brazil, she moved to Canada with her family in 2014 after living in Venezuela for many years. With a background in Market Research, Customer Service, Marketing and Sales, she spent several years working full-time in these fields. Recently, she has chosen to stay home to care for her elderly mother, which allowed her to reconnect with a lifelong passion for handmade jewelry. With the support of her family, she turned that passion into Misbonito.

At Misbonito, we specialize in creating handmade jewelry using Miyuki beads, focusing on the intricate techniques of brick stitch and peyote. Our designs are a blend of classic elegance, trendy styles, and playful elements. We believe that jewelry should forge a personal connection—not just between the maker and the wearer, but also between those who give and receive it.
