Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, within Canada.

NOTE Starting August 29, 2025, the United States is eliminating its "$800 de minimis" rule, therefore we will only be shipping within CANADA. We sincerely apologize for all the inconveniences this may cause and we hope this gets resolved soon and we can get back to serve our beloved US customers like always.

We offer FREE standard shipping with tracking for orders $75+ through Canada Post.

DISCLAIMER: when discounts 25%+ are active, free shipping discounts are not applicable! this means that they can't be applied together. In this case. shipping costs will be added at checkout

Please note that MISBONITO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGE LOST, STOLEN OR ANY POST OFFICE DELAYS 

PACKAGES

Also please be aware that with Free shipping your package will be just a thin box or envelope with no extras. When you choose to make a purchase for more than $75 and get tracking, your package will be in a mailer box with lots of extras and ready to give as a gift with tissue paper, a fabric bag and a card for special occasions.

-Either way your jewelry will be packaged with extra care, wrapped carefully to ensure it arrives safely, however, please note We are not responsible for any damage in transit or lost packages due to providing an incorrect address.

TIME

Your jewelry will be ready to ship after payment has been confirmed. We do our best to ship all orders within the next day of purchase excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery estimates: 7-10 business days. 

In a hurry? We recommend placing your order with express shipping and then reaching out to us at contact@misbonito.com If we are not able to ship it out in time, we'll cancel and refund your order.

Insufficient or Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to the sender MISBONITO due to insufficient or incorrect address, the client (YOU ) is responsible to pay for the second shipping fare. We will contact the client if this happens with an invoice for the shipping cost.

***International shipments have been cancelled until further notice due to the tarrifs and de minimis exception being suspended. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope this gets resolved soon. 

Shipping times DO NOT included Processing time for custom pieces which can take 1-2 days depending on the complexity of the piece and time availability.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.  Clicking on your tracking number should take you to your item's tracking page. If clicking on the number doesn't work automatically, then simply contact us at contact@misbonito.com
